Spa-Tini – Concoction of Muddled Cucumber with Fresh Lime Juice, Ciroc Vodka, Midori, a Splash of Sweet & Sour,
 Club Soda & Garnished with Cucumber.



"Perfect" Margatini -  El Don Tequila, Cointreau & Fresh Sweetened Lime Juice. Served up with a Sugar & Salt Rim.



California Rumaki – Ripe Bananas Wrapped in Applewood Smoked Bacon & Baked with a Spiced Brown Sugar Rum Glaze.



Kalbi Beef Skewers – Beef Satay in Teriyaki Sauce Flavored with Candied Ginger, Cracked Peppercorns & Sesame Oil.



Franziskaner Hefeweizen – Probably my favorite Hef.


 
Calamari Corsican Style – Calamari Sautéed in Garlic Butter with Red Onions, Red Peppers, Capers, Lemon Zest, Fresh Tomatoes, White Wine & Lemon Juice. Served with Garlic Bread.



Caribbean Crepes – Crepes of Fresh Florida Rock Shrimp and Ahi with West Indian Curry & Coconut Milk, Red Onion, Red Pepper & Celery sautéed in Honey Butter, flamed in Rum and topped with Fresh Mango Sauce & Toasted Coconut. Island Rice Pilaf with Cashews, Raisins & Baby French String Beans.
 


Layered Tuxedo Cake – “Tiramisu” Style Cake with White Cake Layered with Custard and topped with Chocolate Ganache,
Fresh California Berries & Raspberry Sauce.
