Nina's Food (Los Angeles)


The scene on Friday night.

The Pambazo "con todo" - Basso Bread (Pan Basso) Dipped in Red Guajillo Salsa, Griddled and Stuffed with Frijoles, Papas & Chorizo and Topped with Shredded Lettuce, Crema & Cheese.  Additions included Avocado Salsa & the highly addictive Salsa de Semillas.

Hurache de Tinga - Fried Masa Base Topped with Stewed Pork, Melted Cheese, Frijoles, Shredded Lettuce, Crema, Avocado Salsa & Salsa De Semillas.
