Thanksgiving ’09



Turkey Breast 2 ways – Both Brined.  One coated in a Spanish Spice Rub, Grilled and Paired with a Sour Orange Sauce (not pictured).  Turkey #2 is a Bacon & Fresh Herb Roast Breast.  Baked Mashed Potatoes with a Parmesan Cheese & Bread Crumb Topping.  Spicy Sausage, Sage & Walnut Dressing.  "Russian" Salad and Sweet Potato Casserole.  Also served Gravy (Not pictured). 


  
Grilled Whole Turkey Breast with Spanish Spice Rub (Smoked Paprika and Ground Spices – Fennel, Mustard & Cumin).    



Semi-Frozen Pumpkin Mousse Pie, Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream & Ambosia.
