Apparently, these south-of-the-border snacks are a big hit there and have slowly been finding their way into the states.  These things are mostly healthy, highly addictive and definitely refreshing on a hot summer’s day.  Variations of these snacks are made using Jicama, Cueritos (Pickled Pig Skin), Chili Powder, Hot sauce….etc.  And if you substitute Doritos for Tostitos, you have "Dorilocos."  

"Tostilocos" – Today, Ms. Acero’s version has Spiced Tostitos, Cucumbers, Japanese Peanuts, Lemon Juice, Chamoy & Salt.
