Fig Restaurant @ Fairmont Miramar Hotel (Santa Monica)


Sign at the entrance.

Fig Mojito (left) – Housemade Fig Preserves, Organic Mint, 10 Cane Rum & Lime Juice.  Melon & Arugula (right) – Honeydew, Pink Peppercorns, Meyer Lemon Juice, Vodka & Arugula Simple  Syrup.   

 Complimentary Bread n Butter.

Chicken & Prosciutto Croquettes atop Aioli.  Served with a Grilled Lemon.    

Pastaless Lasagna – Bloomsdale Spinach, Sweet Potato, San Marzano Tomatoes & Mozzarella.   

 Schnitzel – Nimon Ranch Pork, Plums, Padron Peppers & Trockenbeerenauslese Brown Butter. 

Fig Bars – Homemade Fig Bars with Greek Yogurt Ice Cream.

The check came affixed to a cross section of a Fig Tree Branch (the very same tree out front where you valet).

Cozy Fire Pit near the pool directly behind the restaurant.
