Moelle de Boeuf - Roasted Bone Marrow Served with...

...Marinated Radish Salad & Grilled Crostinis.

Poitrine de Veau (petite assiette) - Half portion of Braised Veal Breast, Mushrooms, Celery Root Purée, Glazed Baby White Carrots & Haricots Verts with Veal Jus.

Affligem Blond.

Gratin de Macaronis et Fromage - Macaroni, Comte Bechamel Cheese Sauce.

Pommes Frites au Lard - French Fries Cooked in Lard.  Served with Aïoli.

Napoléon Noisettes - Hazelnut Mousse, Chantilly Crème, Marcona Almonds, Puff Pastry & Banana Brulée.
