Naples Rib Company (Long Beach - Naples)



As you enter.

...and then this!  I think I understand why.  But you can insert your joke however you wish.

Our server asked if we wanted some Cornbread to start.  We received said Cornbread with Honey Butter but when our meals arrived, even though they were supposed to have come with bread, they did not.  So, either the guy forgot 2 loaves of bread or he sent them out way before our meals even arrived.  Tisk tisk tisk.  It didn't matter much though because our entrees were more than enough to fill our bellies.

"The Combo" - [I swapped Baby Back Ribs for] St Louis Spare ribs, ¼ BBq Chicken, Louisiana Hot Link, 3 oz Brisket, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad, Coleslaw & a Pineapple Wedge.

Lilly went for a Sirloin Steak Topped with Sauteed Mushrooms, Corn on the Cob, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Barbecued Baked Beans and a Pineapple Wedge.

And if you want to carry out, they do that too (as well as cater).

 I'm not sure I'd come back.  The standouts for me were the sides, but the bbq didn't deliver nearly as much.  The bbq chicken was plain ole grilled chicken sauced up.  I got indiscernible smoke from it and the ribs, while tender were also lacking in smoke.  The link was good n spicy but not homemade.  The Brisket was my favorite but it was sauced more than I would have liked.  Another somewhat disappointing thing is, they only have 1 bbq sauce for their meats and  I found it a touch too sweet for my palette.  Next BBQ joint I hit up - the So Cal King of BBQ...or so I've heard.
