Joshua - the dude behind the food.

Joshua is humble guy with an impressive resume.  He has worked in some of LA's finest kitchens; The Bazaar, Son of a Gun & Hatfield's, to name a few.  I talked a bit with Joshua and business partner David and they are both excited to bring gourmet burgers [without the gourmet price tag] to this side of town.  Everything but the buns (Breadbar) and fries are prepared in-house and due to the limited kitchen space, they shop daily for their ingredients.  So you know everything's fresh!  They are just 1 week old but the restaurant is already doing well amongst the locals.  They are open for lunch and close briefly before opening up again around 4.  On weekends, they remain open til 2am.  No Happy Hour as of yet but it's in the works.  As far as alcohol goes, they sell a few bottles of beer and have around 6 others available on tap.  Just a few on tap that I can remember are Stella Artois, Shock Top & an IPA.
